PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Structuring & Governance
• Identify, formalize, and document key Customer Service data sources (orders, backlog, lead times, order status, root causes of delays). • Design and maintain robust, standardized, and scalable data models aligned with business needs. • Define and enforce data quality, consistency, and update rules. • Integrate industrial constraints and operational realities from the three European manufacturing plants into data structures and reporting.
2. Digital Enablement – Microsoft Power Platform
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Application & Power BI dashboards to standardize data entry, support operational monitoring and management decision-making. • Implement Power Automate workflows to reduce manual activities and improve data flow efficiency. • Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and advanced Excel (Power Query, data models) as core components of the solution. • Embed digital tools into daily operations via Microsoft Teams, ensuring usabilityand adoption.
3. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze operational data to identify:
• Trends and performance patterns, • Operational bottlenecks and breaking points, • Root causes of delays and service disruptions. • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights supporting anticipation and corrective actions. • Contribute to a fact-based, analytical culture within Customer Service and Sales teams. 4. Data-Driven Communication (Internal & External)
• Support a more consistent and transparent internal communication between: • Customer Service teams • Sales organizations • Industrial sites • Enable proactive customer communication by providing reliable, consolidated, and shared information. • Reduce reactive, fragmented, and contradictory messaging by establishing a single source of truth. • Contribute to improving customer confidence and operational credibility through data-driven communication.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree required.
• Engineering degree or master’s with a strong focus on: • Data analytics, • Information systems,
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365. • Power BI: data modeling, visualization, basic DAX. • Power Automate: workflow automation. • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, data models).
• Solid understanding of business processes such as order-to-cash, backlog management, lead times, and prioritization.
