Position: Project Manager
Responsabilities:
Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget…)
Ensure resources availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Monitor project deliverables
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Perform risk management to reduce project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Act as a leader and as a coach to your project team members
Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Management or Business
Proven experience in Project Management
Strong leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
Proactivity

Languages:
Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
Dutch is an asset
