Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Incident Analysis and Corrective Action Proposals
Review incident tickets submitted by internal teams.
Reproduce issues and identify their root cause (functional, technical, data-related, etc.).
Propose application configuration adjustments.
Write clear, detailed bug reports for development teams.
Develop data correction scripts (data recovery, cleansing, updates).
Identify incidents related to specific domains (operations, interoperability, custom developments, etc.) and route them to the appropriate teams.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application by creating bug reports aimed at addressing root causes.
Document analyses performed and solutions implemented.
Software Monitoring and Operational Stability
Detect and manage production software incidents in real time.
Analyze application logs.
Monitor and track application health and performance indicators.
CrossโFunctional Collaboration
Provide technical and functional expertise on the application to support, project, and sales teams.
Training and Mentoring of New Joiners
Deliver initial training to new team members.
Provide ongoing mentoring for one or more individuals.
Document best practices and common use cases.
