Description
The RGM Business Analyst will join the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Europe team which objective is to drive profitable revenue growth in Europe across segments, customers and channels.
As part of the European RGM team, the RGM Business Analyst will play a key role in piloting, developing, and maintaining RGM data-driven solutions.
The position is focused on dashboards, analytical tools, and data availability that support pricing, promotions, and portfolio decisions across markets. This role is ideal for a strong analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and tools.
1. Pilot & Own RGM Data-Driven Solutions (Core Mission)
You will ensure RGM analytical dashboards and insights are reliable, relevant, and continuously improved to effectively support decision-making:
• Take ownership of existing RGM dashboards and analytical tools (pricing corridors, AUP vs RSP, trade investment, promotion performance, etc.).
• Ensure the creation, improvement, and maintenance of all RGM data solutions used by the regional team.
• Translate evolving business needs into clear dashboard improvements, new views, or new KPIs.
• Ensure dashboards are robust, well-documented, easy to use, and fit for decision-making.
• Act as the main point of contact for RGM data topics, coordinating with internal stakeholders when needed.
Objective: ensure RGM leaders and markets have the right data, at the right time, in the right format.
2. RGM Analytics & Business Support
You will actively support the RGM team in recurring and ad hoc analytical needs:
• Support monthly pricing and performance reviews (price corridors, AUP vs RSP gaps, evolution over time).
• Contribute to promotion and trade investment analyses (ROI, efficiency, scenario comparisons).
• Prepare data extracts, analysis files, and visuals for business reviews, leadership meetings, and market discussions.
• Help structure analytical outputs into clear business messages for non-technical stakeholders.
3. Governance, Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure monthly RGM dashboards are refreshed, validated, and ready for leadership reviews.
• Monitor data quality and consistency, flag issues, and propose pragmatic improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation of KPIs, rules, and assumptions to ensure continuity and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate existing analyses and reporting.
4. Business Exposure & Learning
• Develop a strong understanding of pricing, promotions, portfolio, and margin levers in the cosmetics industry.
• Work closely with RGM, Finance, Commercial Excellence, and Markets, gaining broad European business exposure.
• Build credibility as a trusted analytical partner for the RGM team.
